Product Details
Fiber-reinforced asphalt tape is a novel, non-hazardous, and environmentally friendly corrosion-resistant material. Its substrate consists of a unique modified polypropylene woven fiber fabric, with a corrosion-resistant adhesive layer made from butyl rubber-modified asphalt. The fiber structure effectively resists creep damage caused by soil stress, and aging tests have confirmed its corrosion resistance lifespan exceeds 50 years. It is the ideal choice for cold protection applications in pipeline construction and represents an economical solution for corrosion protection.
The system can be applied by hand or with a wrapping machine.
