The base film thickness of the aluminum foil anti-corrosion tape is 0.05-0.07mm, the adhesive layer thickness is 0.95-2.43mm, and the total thickness is 1.0-2.5mm. Tensile strength ≥100MPa, elongation at break 800%. Shear performance ≥50 N/25mm for backing material, external breaking on aluminum plate; peel performance ≥40 N/25mm. Low-temperature flexibility (-10℃) without cracking, heat resistance (120℃) without slippage. Dielectric strength ≥25 MV/m, volume resistivity 2×10^10 Ω·m. Water vapor transmission rate mg/cm², water absorption ≤0.35%. Temperature range -34℃~110℃.
The aluminum foil anti-corrosion tape has excellent chemical resistance, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance. It has high tensile strength, good elasticity and elongation, and strong adaptability to interface deformation and cracking. It exhibits excellent adhesion, water resistance, sealing properties, low-temperature resistance, and conformability; good dimensional stability; and long-term non-slippage and non-detachment. It is resistant to sunlight and UV rays, and maintains its flexibility without curing.
The product is silver-white in color and suitable for pipe diameters of 15mm to 1500mm, tape widths of 50mm to 300mm, lengths of 10mm to 120m, and core sizes of 38mm or 76mm.
