The modified asphalt waterproof tape is a cold-applied self-adhesive waterproof and anti-corrosion tape manufactured using polymer-modified asphalt as the adhesive layer combined with high-strength composite non-woven fabric or fiber substrate. This product exhibits strong adhesion, excellent sealing performance, and high toughness, requiring no heating and can be applied directly at room temperature. It serves as a versatile protective material for pipeline corrosion prevention and building waterproofing applications.

System Features

The ultra-high waterproof and sealing performance is achieved through the dense colloidal structure of the modified asphalt, which exhibits an extremely low water vapor permeability. This design completely prevents the penetration of rainwater, groundwater, and moisture. After application, the adhesive self-heals without water infiltration, delivering exceptional waterproof and sealing effectiveness.

Corrosion and aging resistant: Utilizes a rubber-modified asphalt formulation with resistance to acids, alkalis, salt corrosion, and chemical media; exhibits high-temperature resistance, low fluidity at elevated temperatures, and minimal cracking at low temperatures, ensuring prolonged service without aging or degradation whether buried underground or exposed outdoors.
