Polypropylene anti-corrosion tape typically consists of three parts: a base film, an adhesive layer, and a release film.
The base material is a polypropylene mesh-reinforced woven fiber geotextile, with a thickness typically ranging from 0.3mm to 0.6mm. The adhesive layer is made of butyl rubber and polyisobutylene-modified petroleum asphalt, with a thickness ranging from 0.75mm to 1.25mm.
The total thickness of the product ranges from 1.00mm to 1.80mm, and different specifications are available in combinations according to the anti-corrosion grades, such as ordinary, reinforced, and extra-strong.
